Dr Banda has expertise in work-related injury management, workers compensation injuries, pre-employment health assessments, executive medicals, Fitness for Duty, independent medical examinations (IME), medico-legal, and safe and active Return to Work programs.

Dr Banda is an accredited Medical Review Office (MRO) on drug and alcohol (D&A) assessments and D&A policy, as well as an Authorised Health Professional (AHP) for the rail industry.
