TYPES OF TREATMENT MODALITIES USED:

Brian has a special interest in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Meta-Cognitive Therapy, Rational Emotive Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Emotion-Focused Therapy. He is a trained EMDR trauma practitioner. He sees the goal of therapy as ‘… assisting his clients to have the life that matters to them’.
